Do you really want to get away from it all? In this forest cottage, tucked away at the edge of the forest, you will instantly unwind. No hectic, no stress. From the living room with wood stove you look out over the countryside. Outside you can enjoy the sun in the cozy garden. Birds, butterflies and squirrels are your neighbors. The cottage can accommodate 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub / shower. The kitchen is spacious and complete, with a dishwasher, oven, stove and washing machine. Cook with fresh herbs from the garden and enjoy a tasty meal.Coffee here you drink the way you want. Fast with Senseo, or slow and mindful with a Hario V60 or cafetière. The cottage is far from the road and has no internet/wifi. Good coverage with your own 4G/5G, though.
Nature and surroundings
In the middle of nature The forest cottage is located in the vast Drenthe countryside, near Ruinen and Echten. You step or bike directly onto the walking and cycling network. In 5 to 8 kilometers you walk through a varied landscape. A little further is Boswachterij Ruinen with heathland, sand drifts and fens. Within cycling distance are the national parks Dwingelderveld, Drents-Friese Wold and Weerribben-Wieden. You can buy organic groceries at the Naoberhoeve. Or scavenge your meals together at the local stalls. On the way to the cottage alone you will find at least 5. Feel like doing something creative? In the spacious work corner you can tinker, draw, study or work.
