Welcome to our cozy vacation home in beautiful Jämtland, Sweden! Located on a quiet side road off the famous Vildmarksvägen, our spacious and comfortable house offers room for 8 people. Upon entering you will find the practically furnished, fully equipped kitchen on the left. Directly behind is a spacious double bedroom. The cozy living room is equipped with TV, DVD player and a music system, and there is a wide choice of movies and games for rainy days. You will also find brochures and flyers with information about sights and activities in the area. On the ground floor you will also find the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the second floor you will find: - One double room - Two rooms with two single beds - A second living room - A separate toilet Outside you can enjoy long summer evenings by the cozy grill and comfortable seating areas. We look forward to welcoming you!
Nature and surroundings
Our home is located next to the cottage, where we keep sheep, pigs, chickens and turkeys. In the summer we grow our own vegetables and enjoy fresh eggs daily. We make our own sausages, hamburgers and cold cuts. Here you will find peace and quiet. The vast forests and quiet roads are perfect for hiking and biking, while the lakes invite kayaking and fishing. In late summer and autumn, you can pick plenty of berries and mushrooms. In winter, enjoy cross-country skiing, ice fishing and adventurous snowmobile or dog sledding tours. The impressive northern nature is the ideal place to experience the magical northern lights, and with a little luck you'll even spot the local wildlife!

Beautiful traditional Swedish wooden house, very well equipped.
Very beautiful quiet place, ideal to experience the Swedish slow life.
