It is a lovely detached air-conditioned cottage with all amenities in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our 1703 farmhouse. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy creche is located in the yard. The property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 car minutes from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stop almost at the door.The space It is a detached cottage with lots of privacy. It has its own entrance and is completely free from the farm.Guest access As a guest you have access to the entire detached Cottage with enclosed garden.Other things to look out for It is a lovely rural setting and there is private parking
Nature and surroundings
From the Farm you walk straight into the polder. You bike here directly into the woods to the Lage Vuursche, Baarn, Soest. The beautiful villages of Blaricum and Laren are also within cycling distance. Here you can store, but also enjoy the beautiful terraces. You can have a delicious lunch and dinner out here in Eemnes, but in Blaricum and Laren are also many eateries, where you can stay. If you prefer the hustle and bustle, you can easily get to Hilversum or Amsterdam or Utrecht.
