Delightful Glamping accommodation, located in the middle of the greenery on an estate, between two beautiful natural ponds. Ideal for a short stay during a bike ride, for example, or just to get away from it all. Wake up with the sun on the water with the soft croaking of the ducks. A second lodge is 20 meters away, so also suitable for two families who want to spend a few nights next to each other in this little paradise, with still plenty of distance and privacy. The lodges have a shower and toilet, a kitchenette with an electric stove, a combination microwave and a spacious terrace. There is a refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. The lodge is built on a wooden platform, about 40 cm off the ground. The interior walls and floors are wood, the roof and exterior walls are sturdy canvas. Absolutely wonderful! The lodge had everything we needed and was in a beautiful location. We spent a wonderful evening and night at this lovely spot. Geertje, the owner, was also incredibly easy to reach and helpful. I called her about the ice packs I wanted to put in the freezer while the cycling café was closed. She was available right away and came over immediately, going out of her way to help—because I came back to pick them up the next morning at 7:00 a.m.! The housekeeping service was a wonderful luxury for our short stay! Kudos to you!
Heel schitterend! Alles was aanwezig in de lodge en was schitterend gelegen. We hebben een heerlijke avond en nacht doorgebracht op dit mooie plekje. Geertje, de verhuurster, was ook fantastisch goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Ik belde haar i.v.m. de koelelementen die ik in de vriezer wilde leggen toen het wielercafé was gesloten. Ze was direct bereikbaar en ter plekke en deed veel moeite, want de volgende ochtend om 07:00u kwam ik ze weer ophalen! De opmaakservice was een zalige luxe voor ons korte verblijf! Een dikke pluim!

De waterstand van beide visvijvers was door de zeer droge zomer helaas erg laag (maximale diepte 1,2m) en de bodem is bedekt met een dikke laag wier/gras (gecheckt met voerbootje met deeper), maar we hebben toch enkele mooie vissen kunnen vangen.
