There is a spacious quiet garden at the back with stone barbecue, and a garden at the front. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The nearest supermarket is 7 km away. Popular activities in the area include hiking and cycling. The ski elevator in Winterberg can be reached in a 15-minute drive, and the Sternrodt ski elevator and toboggan run in 10 minutes. There is a bus stop in the village and free private parking for two cars on site. Heating is done with a durable pellet central heating boiler.
