The renovated, top-furnished bungalow with wooden floor (75 sqm) in a prime location on the lake (7,500 sqm for residents only) is a jewel in the Seerose recreation area and is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The special feature: Tastefully furnished living and dining room with real wood flooring, leather suite and half conservatory -Windows to the garden and lake -Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher) -Elegant bathroom with rain shower -Modern, comfortable bedroom with box-spring bed, large closet and view of the lake. Nature and surroundings
The bungalow with solar and thermal system is located in the immediate vicinity of the Netherlands. The Zwillbrocker Venn nature reserve (2.5 km away) with its free-roaming flamingos and one of the most beautiful baroque churches in Westphalia (4 km) are popular excursion destinations and the most important Westmünsterland (including the 100 Castles Route) and Dutch cycle paths meet here. 1 km farmer's golf course, 4 km golf course. The beautiful Winterswijk with its individual stores, markets (Wed. and Sat.) and cozy cafés and restaurants is worth a visit. The beautiful town of Ahaus (adventure pool, high ropes course, summer toboggan run, soccer hall, minigolf, paintball, planetarium etc.) is in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles for hire (ladies' & men's trekking bike), ladies' electric bike.
