Semi-detached vacation home with private entrance and plenty of privacy. With a very nice location at the top of a hill with beautiful views over meadows and large forests. It is a completely new apartment, completed in 2022 and fully equipped. On the south side French doors giving access to a large fully exposed veranda with great views. There is in the garden a campfire spot located against a rock. See the corresponding picture. There is also a grill-barbecue here and available. The plot area is about 8000 m2. Sun loungers and hammocks are available. Wake up in the morning to the sound of singing birds or cranes. From the porch you can often spot deer, foxes and sometimes moose. Around the house are large extensive forests. It is located in a quiet and peaceful place. There are no street traffic noises. You can hear the wind, the birds and the bees. Mosquitoes? On our property fortunately never bothered by mosquitoes.

There are many forest-walking opportunities everywhere A fifteen-minute walk to Lake Värmeln is the beach at Boda. There you can enjoy swimming, fishing and boating. Our rowing boat is available there. Close by is the nature reserve Glaskogen. The nature reserve lies on a large elongated lake "Glafsjord". In the nearby village of Klässbol there is a small supermarket. Opposite a good pizzeria and 700 meters away a coffee restaurant "Kvarnen". A rägsmörgas (shrimp roll) you eat at Annelie & Cattis in Värmskog, widely known. In Arvika about half an hour drive away you have 4 supermarkets including Lidl. The center is opposite the station. There you have two good coffee shops. In Arvika you have several good restaurants. In Nysäter you will find the Viking Museum. In Ed there is an elk park.
