Enjoy peace and nature in and around the house. In the vicinity are many walking and cycling routes available. Furthermore, Oldenzaal around the corner with its nice terraces. There are beautiful places in the area such as the Springendal, the Lutterzand, the Singraven estate, Stift and Hulsbeek. The nice towns of De Lutte and Ootmarsum are also nearby.
