There is a spacious kitchen and a large living room where you can cozy up with the whole group to cook and have drinks. With 8 unique bedrooms with private bathrooms, there is no lack of privacy. 7 rooms are equipped with a large corner bath, the 8th room is located on the ground floor and is suitable for the disabled. The number of persons can optionally be increased to 18 persons, in which case two folding beds will be added to the rooms. To complete the picture, you can optionally (Weekend €295, Midweek €350 or Week €450) use a beautiful and relaxing spa. This is equipped with a powerful and spacious whirlpool, a Finnish sauna with the possibility of hot water and an infrared sauna. The villa has a spacious terrace where you can enjoy the setting summer sun until late.

The group accommodation is located along the a73 between Overloon and Vierlingsbeek. Surrounded by forests, meadows, the Maas and the peel here you will find many cycling and walking routes. The beautiful garden is surrounded by hedges and plants. From the large terrace you have a phenomenal view of the open meadows and woods. With some regularity you see the deer, hares and other wildlife passing by that you can spot with the available binoculars, also our grazing cows are regularly passing by. While barbecuing, enjoy a good glass of wine and the setting sun, while on the adjacent lawn the children are playing to their heart's content. Visit the War Museum and Zooparc both located 3km away in Overloon. Mindmystery in Horst or take a walk with a local naturalist through the surrounding forests.
