The house has a spacious and bright living room with French doors, three bedrooms for two people each (all double beds, 2 with their own sink), a full kitchen, bathroom and two toilets. Outside is a gem! There is a large garden (750 m2) right on the water and a covered veranda with sitting area, fireplace, bbq and dining table - pleasant sitting outside even in lower temperatures. In front is a large uncovered terrace where you really sit outside. On either side of the house are a private wood-fired sauna and a playground with trampoline for children. Our large jetty provides easy access to the beautiful natural water for swimming, supping, sailing or a refreshing swim after the sauna. Always something to do (or just nothing at all...): sauna, TV, deck chairs... but also play equipment available: kayak (1p), sup (1P), trampoline, swings, climbing frame, board games. Price ex 80 euro final cleaning and 3 euro pp/pn tourist tax
Nature and surroundings
Enjoy this Scandinavian looking water house with a spectacular unobstructed view of the Vinkeveen lakes. On our island with its own jetty, veranda and sauna, you can get away from it all! Still want to visit the city? Utrecht and Amsterdam are only 15 minutes away. Several wooden shoes paths through nature start around the corner and canoe routes right on the boardwalk. The house is located directly on the Vinkeveen lakes and is only accessible by our ferry. You get to the house via the grounds of Zwier Marina.
