The house was completely renovated in 2021 and meets the needs of our time. It is located against the dunes on a large piece of sheltered private lawn. The view from the living kitchen is fantastic. A kitchen diner, a living room with wood stove and a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor. An open staircase upstairs with 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet on the second floor. Free WIFI & netflix. A heat pump, solar water heater, solar panels & a green sedum roof contribute to a sustainable stay.
Nature and surroundings
Terschelling is a very varied island in terms of nature. The house is located on the edge of the dunes and fringed with alder bushes so the place is sheltered in summer and winter but also offers plenty of sunshine. At 1.5 kilometers is the North Sea and the North Sea beach. You can walk straight into the forest, the polder or the dunes. The island is also beautiful to explore by bicycle, which can be rented around the corner.
