Fine family home! Boekels Buiten is freely located and offers peace, privacy and security by hedges and sheep fencing placed all around, so safe for children! The house has 2 layers, with 1 bedroom, shower and separate toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom including bath and toilet on the upper floor. There are no thresholds on the ground floor for our guests, who have difficulty walking. The large garden, which is accessible through the storage room and from the kitchen, is fully fenced and equipped with all amenities for young and old, such as a large sandbox (50m2) including toys, soccer field with goals, trampoline, 2 terraces (partly covered), etc. On request we will set up a children's pool outside. Guests may play shuffleboard, table tennis. And how about bocce ball? Books and games are available for children and adults. Nature and surroundings
3 km away is recreation park Billybird Hemelrijk Volkel,where the summer, but also in winter is a good place with a playground and recreational lake. ZieZoo zoo is within cycling distance. Toverland amusement park is 35 minutes away by car. In addition, there is the Boerenbondsmuseum Gemert, Hullie Uden, museum Krona, indoor pool Oss etc. You occupy the house with your own company. Our house is intended for enjoyers of peace/privacy, who take into account the environment and is not intended for bachelor parties/partying groups. Nuisance will be monitored. The center of Boekel is 3 km, where all daily groceries are available (Aldi, Plus, butcher, bakers, Kruidvat, Hema etc.). Groceries can be delivered by supermarkets. Boekel is located in the Eindhoven/Nijmegen/DenBosch triangle, so other activities are within reasonable distance. However, families often stay "at home" because everything is there to enjoy! Welcome!
