Our apartment in Leipzig (43 square meters) on the top floor offers a cozy Nordic atmosphere. You’ll enjoy a stunning view from the beautiful living room with kitchen and from the bedroom. From your bed, you’ll look directly out at the mountains. With a shower room and your own infrared sauna, it’s the perfect place for some “Do Not Disturb” time.
Nature and surroundings
Set out on hikes and bike rides right from your front door. Hiking and biking along the Kammweg trail are especially beautiful. Stage 11 runs right past the vacation home. The cross-border Eudorando 2026 hiking routes enhance your outdoor experience in the Western Ore Mountains. Cross-country trails, winter hiking trails, and snow-covered Ore Mountains landscapes await you for a winter ski vacation. The Kammloipe and Skimagistrale offer ideal conditions for cross-country skiing right by the vacation home. Ski and toboggan slopes are located in the immediate vicinity. Eibenstock is an ideal starting point for your adventures in the Ore Mountains. The vacation region offers excellent recreational opportunities. The natural outdoor pool in Johanngeorgenstadt is a summer attraction. In the “Badegärten,” swimming fun is guaranteed in any weather. Annaberg-Buchholz, Seiffen, and Oberwiesenthal—home to the Fichtelberg—are also worthwhile destinations for day trips. It’s just 5 km to the state border between Saxony and the Czech Republic. Karlovy Vary and Loket Castle are only a 45-minute drive away.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.

- No parties or events are allowed.
