Our lovely historic Nature house is located in Eibenstock in the Ore Mountains. The Ore Mountains belong to the federal state of Saxony in Germany. The vacation home with 5 vacation apartments is surrounded by nature on a 2ha forest and meadow property with a medieval outdoor seating area. Pure peace and quiet! This chic apartment on the upper floor is 70 square meters in size. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, 2x shower room, large living room with fitted kitchen, relaxation and dining area, piano, solid wood furniture and infrared sauna. Beautiful view of the mountains! Bookable for 2 persons with 1 bedroom, for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms. The house has its own tourist information. Hiking map package, parking space, WLAN, safe, 3x TV, hairdryer and toilet roll are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are optional. The use of the sauna is chargeable (3€/h), billing according to consumption on site. Tourist tax (1,50€/pers/day) is to be paid on site. Nature and surroundings
The Ore Mountains are made for nature lovers. At altitudes between 700 and 1,250 meters, there is really good air and lots to discover. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts can expect a challenging outdoor experience on around 5,000 km of hiking trails and every now and then you might even see a deer scurrying through the bushes. Natural swimming pools entice you to enjoy a summer swim. Particularly beautiful are hikes along the mountain streams - at the Eibenstock dam - the biosphere reserve in Carlsfeld - the Auersberg summit tour and of course the Bohemian Ore Mountains with the Gottesgaber Toorfmoor. It is 4km from our guest house to the Czech Republic. Exciting and memorable are the UNESCO World Heritage Sites with centuries-old traditions from mines to arches of lights, steam trains and Erzgebirge folk art on both sides of the border (Saxony/Czech Republic). Carlsbad (Karloy Vary) 45min. Marienbad, Franzensbad & Ellbogen Castle as well as Chemnitz, Leipzig, Dresden and Prague approx. 2hrs.
