Our nature house is located in the yard of our home. The cottage was built in 2022, with all sustainable materials, in one of our outbuildings. It is fully equipped: there is an extensive kitchen with refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher and oven. Of course, there is a kettle and a coffee maker. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 Boxspring beds. Bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. are provided. There is also a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. It is a bright cottage with a cozy dining area and an attractively furnished sitting area. The whole is equipped with central heating. There are private parking spaces, and there is a spacious terrace. This overlooks a beautiful large garden with unobstructed views over the meadows. The cottage is less suitable for young children, due to the open nature of the second bedroom on the mezzanine, hence a minimum age of 7 years.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on an easily accessible dirt road in the outskirts of Boxtel, in the middle of the Groene Woud. From the nature house are many beautiful walking and cycling routes to make. We are nicely enclosed between the nature reserve Kampina (between Boxtel and Oisterwijk) , estate Velderen (Liempde) and the Mortelen (Oirschot). De Mortelen is a coulisse landscape consisting of small-scale meadows, bordered by wooded banks and poplars. It also consists of old-fashioned farm nature and loamy forests with a wealth of flowers, birds, butterflies, large grazers and foxes. At 5 km is beautiful Oirschot, a lively village with a picturesque market square with numerous catering facilities. Den Tip is 4 km from the station of Boxtel, from where you can be in the middle of Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg in 15 minutes.
