The "Igelstübchen" vacation apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing break. A spacious living area with access to the terrace, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with bunk beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. The tiled stove and fireplace provide cosy warmth and a relaxed atmosphere. The Wilde Auwaldhaus is situated in a quiet, secluded location on a 5000 square meter fenced property. The surrounding nature invites you to experience it, exploring the stream, lingering by the pond or listening to the birdsong under the canopy of leaves. For families, there are sandpits, tepees, climbing castles, a trampoline and table tennis table right on site. Numerous excursion destinations are in the immediate vicinity - such as the millstone quarries, the Nonnenfelsen, the Lausche and the romantic castle and monastery complex on Mount Oybin, which can be easily reached by the historic narrow-gauge railroad. The medieval town of Zittau with its world-famous Lenten cloths is just as inviting to explore as the Damask Museum and the Trixibad in Großschönau, the Butterfly House in Jonsdorf or the Nature Park House in Waltersdorf. In winter, there are winter sports options such as cross-country skiing, tobogganing and alpine downhill skiing on the Lauschehang, as well as bike and ski hire in Jonsdorf.
