The canal house offers a direct view of the canal and the Treene River. There are two bedrooms (each with two smart TVs) on the first floor, along with a spacious bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination and a towel warmer. On the third floor is the yoga suite, where you can sleep in, meditate, and practice yoga. On the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen and the spacious dining and living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and another shower room. A small terrace extends from the dining area. Water sports are available right outside the door; two kayaks, a Canadian canoe, and two SUPs are available free of charge. There’s a boat dock where you can easily launch the water sports equipment. Diversity, Warmth, and Connection: Our door is open to everyone. Nature and surroundings
Friedrichstadt, also known as “Little Amsterdam,” is a paradise of water and nature. The canals and the Treene River right on your doorstep offer plenty of opportunities for water sports, as well as beautiful walks in nature along the water. Friedrichstadt is never overcrowded, even in high season; the peace and tranquility that pervade the area—and especially the Dutch influence evident in the historic, preserved facades of the houses—are truly unique. Friedrichstadt is a town of free thinkers—as small as it is, it’s home to a wide variety of religions. Small shops and restaurants right on the canal create a vacation atmosphere. The train station is right nearby, so you can leave your car behind or even travel here without one, since there are great connections for lovely day trips and everything in Friedrichstadt can be explored on foot. The market square is just a 3-minute walk away.

• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
