This pipowagen is a bed without breakfast, a fine mobile home (6x3) with a covered balcony with a seat. The mobile homes are equipped with a bedstead and bed linen, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, shower gel. A full kitchen with sink, oven, and refrigerator. Crockery, pans, cutlery, coffee maker and kettle are provided. The "living room" is equipped with an armchair, table and two chairs. Wifi is available. If desired, the infrared floor heating can be turned on when it is cold. The mobile home is less suitable for people who have difficulty walking because of the access (stairs of four steps) and the bedstead at height. On Saturday the arrival is at 16:00 because of weekly work in the garden but in consultation and if possible 15:00 or earlier.
Nature and surroundings
The mobile homes are located in the village of Griendtsveen, this village has a picturesque location with many canals and is a protected village sight. The village was founded in 1855. Around 1900 the factories and houses of Griendtsveen were built. Its history is closely linked to the reclamation of De Peel, since 1855 the "wild" land was transformed into fertile cultivated land in a few decades. A flourishing peat litter industry emerged. Over the years a complete village emerged. In time, all the peat was excavated and the village was given a residential function. Griendtsveen is a beautiful cultural-historical village with about 560 inhabitants and beautiful protected village sites and national monuments including the "Apostle Houses". The nature house is located in the garden of an Apostle House. You have sufficient privacy in the garden and we respect this. In the garden is a fireplace, wood is available. Our dachshund Ollie occasionally walks in the garden and can sometimes bark.
