Our fine cottage is located on a small-scale bungalow park where you will really find peace in the middle of nature. The cottage has a lovely spacious garden (1000m2) with lots of privacy. The garden is furnished with garden furniture and a canopy. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and is equipped with all basic comforts such as coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, WI-FI and TV. There is no dishwasher and oven. For the little ones there are some toys (indoor/outdoor), possibly a playpen, changing mat and Stokke high chair available. There is also a wood stove that you can use. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. Comforters + pillows are sufficiently present (1x 2pers, 6x 1pers). Bicycles can be stored in the shed. There is parking for 2 cars on private parking. It is a quiet park with some facilities. For children there is a playground in the middle of the park. You will also find a table tennis table and a mini library.

Bungalowpark de Oude Willem is located on the edge of the Drents Friese Wold. The forests near Appelscha and Smilde are also a few km away. Near Dwingeloo you will find National Park Dwingelderveld. In the nearby villages of Diever and Vledder are stores, restaurants, bike rental, etc. In the Drents Friese Wold are many bicycle / walking routes where you can enjoy the beautiful nature.
