We had a nice stay, but unfortunately, the start of our vacation was disappointing. Upon arrival, the accommodation wasn’t properly clean. According to the manager, the previous group of young people had left it very dirty. A few days later, an extra cleaning was performed, which we appreciate. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew didn’t have enough time to clean everything thoroughly, so not everything was cleaned properly.
In addition, we didn’t receive the practical information about our stay until one day in advance, after we had requested it ourselves. That caused us unnecessary anxiety, because we didn’t know if everything had been arranged and we wondered if we were driving all that way for nothing.
