Sailing enthusiasts and peace seekers beware! Our houseboat with large, enclosed garden is located at a small marina on the Koppoel in Rijpwetering, one of the Kagerplassen. We always really enjoy when we are there: swimming in the Koppoel, sailing around the Kagerplassen. All transportation for on the water (inflatable canoe, sup) is available. In the sunny garden we enjoy the nice weather and light a fire every evening. We enjoy sharing this place with other nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The houseboat was renovated in 2022: a new bathroom (tiny, but with rain shower), new window frames with double glazing, heating and we cook electrically (a combi oven is present). As a result, this lovely place can now be used even in winter. The decor is simple and tasteful, view beautiful. Two bedrooms (without door) are in the houseboat, the bunk bed (suitable for children) is in the garden house (separate electric heater).

Delightful houseboat. We stayed there in January. Everything was nicely taken care of and enjoyed the wood stove. In the area you can also take a nice walk through the meadows.

Hele fijne tijd gehad. Prettig dat er ook een tuin beschikbaar is, met heerlijke loungebank en trampoline. Het aparte huisje was in maart ('s nachts rond vriespunt) wel nog wat koud, maar met vele dekens goed op te lossen. Bedankt voor de fijne dagen!
