Nature house in Nederhorst den Berg

After arriving with a very warm welcome, we were explained the accommodation. What an incredible surprise. The reality is even more beautiful than the pictures show. We were seven people and had a wonderful time during the days, during the day in the area and in the evenings enjoying each other in the great living kitchen. This was in winter with very short days and gray skies, we can only imagine what it would be like if you could spend a relaxing vacation here in summer. Also the contact with the landlord was great. We could chat directly with the landlord and got immediate responses to questions. As an example, we received an app before leaving for the accommodation warning us that the step to the door of the houseboat could be slippery due to weather conditions. In addition, the location is very convenient for trips, close to some attractive cities but also free nature to enjoy.

Na aankomst met een hele hartelijke ontvangst kregen wij uitleg over de accommodatie. Wat een ongelooflijke verrassing. De werkelijkheid is nog mooier dan de foto's weergeven. We waren met zeven personen en hebben ons de dagen heerlijk vermaakt, overdag in de omgeving en 's avonds heerlijk genieten met elkaar in de geweldige woonkeuken.

Dit was in de winter met hele korte dagen en grijze luchten, we kunnen ons alleen maar voorstellen hoe het zou zijn als je hier in de zomer ontspannen vakantie kunt vieren.

Ook het contact met de verhuurder was geweldig. Wij konden direct met de verhuurder chatten en kregen direct reactie op vragen. Als voorbeeld kregen wij voor vertrek naar de accommodatie een appje waarin we gewaarschuwd werden dat het opstapje naar de deur van de woonark glad zou kunnen zijn vanwege de weersomstandigheden.

Daarbij is de ligging heel erg gunstig voor uitstapjes, dicht bij een aantal aantrekkelijke steden maar ook vrije natuur om van te genieten.

In addition, there was another cozy two-person Tiny house in the garden, a nice addition to the place.

Bovendien stond er in de tuin nog een knus tweepersoons tiny house, een leuke toevoeging aan het geheel.

We spent a week on this houseboat last summer and it was a fantastic experience. The boat was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated, which made us feel immediately welcome. The surroundings are beautiful: we enjoyed the view over the water and the many pleasant boats that sailed by. This created a lively, yet relaxed atmosphere. We really relaxed during our stay. A unique place to vacation - definitely recommended! Thanks for the hospitality, we would love to come back again!

We hebben afgelopen zomer een week doorgebracht op deze woonboot en het was een fantastische ervaring. De boot was brandschoon en heel sfeervol ingericht, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden. De omgeving is prachtig: we hebben genoten van het uitzicht over het water en de vele gezellige bootjes die langs voeren. Dat zorgde voor een levendig, maar toch ontspannen sfeertje. We zijn echt helemaal tot rust gekomen tijdens ons verblijf. Een unieke plek om vakantie te vieren – absoluut een aanrader!

The whole experience from our first enquiry about the property to arriving at the houseboat was faultless. Both the website and Jacqueline made the booking process very easy but also very professional. It was the first time we had booked through nature house and we would definitely return to Jacqueline's houseboat when visiting Weesp again and would certainly use nature house to explore other areas of The Netherlands. I have only ticked the activities below which we used but Nederhorst den Berg is a beautiful outdoorsy area with plenty of countryside to explore by bike, on foot or on the water.

We stayed in Jacqueline's beautiful houseboat when we were visiting Weesp for my nephews wedding. We were a group of 8 adults and the houseboat suited us perfectly. The sleeping arrangements are excellent and we also made use of the Tiny house in the garden which was actually a very well equipped annexe and perfect. The houseboat, its garden, the outdoor seating area with the woodburning stove and the surrounding area are stunning. We made use of Jacqueline's motorboat and sailed down the river for delicious ice cream and woodfired pizza. We also borrowed 2 of Jacqueline's bikes and hired another 2 from the village which is 10 minutes away on foot. There was parking for our two cars. The village of Nederhost den Berg is really pretty with a supermarket, bakery, restaurant etc. Absolutely delightful. We had such a lovely week and Jacqueline was the perfect host. The communication beforehand was excellent and we would absolutely recommend staying in Jacqueline's beautiful houseboat.
