The nature house is a sustainable chalet (installed in 2021) of 45m2. The chalet has a very large garden and is situated on a plot of 390 m2. It is part of a small exclusive site (total of 8). Because the chalet is the last on the site, it has a completely unobstructed view and offers a lot of privacy! The chalet is natural gas-free, with solar panels and heat boiler. Heating is with infrared panels for direct and comfortable heat. Living room with sun screens, spacious sitting area with a 2-seater sofa, 2 comfortable chairs. Smart TV, JBL speaker and own Ziggo Wifi. A spacious dining area. The luxury kitchen is equipped with induction hob, Quooker, dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity and floating toilet. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200) and a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200). They are box spring beds. Shed with electric bike charging point + washing machine with drying rack.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located very centrally on the island of Terschelling. The North Sea beach is 2 kilometers away and the Wadden Sea just 1.5 kilometers. The property is located at the edge of the forest of Formerum. Rest and space, that's what you will find on Terschelling and certainly in the surroundings of this beautiful and sustainable chalet.
