Looking for an exclusive home in the middle of nature? Then this is an awesome place for you on Wallsteijn estate, just 20 km below Breda. This house has a living area of more than 200 m2, is fully furnished, has fast internet and is very suitable not only as a tourist residence, but also for a temporary stay otherwise. The entrance is located on the south side of the property with a spacious vestibule with coat rack and toilet. The living room is 45 m2, has a cozy wood fire and has plenty of views with French doors to garden and terrace. The kitchen is 24 m2 and complete with AGA stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs is a spacious hall giving access to two bedrooms and bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Around the house is a large garden with several seating areas. Next to the property is a large barn that you can use and where you can also park your car in the winter. There is also a charging station for an electric car.
Nature and surroundings
Wallsteijn Estate is located in the border region with Belgium, amidst a series of adjoining natural monuments. Together they form a vast area of forest, heathland, fens and hedgerows. To the west lie the Old and New Buissche Heide. To the north lie the estates of De Moeren, Lange Maten and De Pannehoef. The various tea domes, the country house of Henriëtte Roland-Holst, the attractive walking and cycling routes and the various forest cafes offer a pleasant stay in this West Brabant nature and culture. Wallsteijn is managed by Natuurmonumenten. There is a blue walking route of 12 kilometers, a yellow one of 4 kilometers and a red one of 5 kilometers. Wallsteijn is also a good base for Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent and the Zeeland coast.

Jennifer February 17, 2023 General rating:Wij hadden het voorrecht om de eerste gasten te zijn op de Annahoeve, en wat hebben wij genoten van ons (te korte) verblijf! Wij kregen een heel warm welkom en voelden ons meteen thuis. De eigenaren zijn hele fijne mensen, belangstellend en attent, maar ook respectvol van je privacy. Zij wonen in de andere helft van het huis, maar daar heb je geen erg in. Op het erf is er nog een huisje dat verhuurd wordt, maar tijdens ons verblijf was het niet in gebruik.
Heerlijk ruim, licht huis. De Annahoeve is liefdevol opgeknapt en ingericht en heeft een warme uitstraling die je niet zo van de foto's ziet. De stilte in huis was oorverdovend, een luxe als je uit de Randstad komt. Ondanks het koude weer was het huis behaaglijk. De kachel heeft een gebruiksaanwijzing maar eenmaal brandend, was het heerlijk. Fijne keuken met goede pannen. Houd er wel rekening mee dat alleen de kookplaat van de AGA te gebruiken is, er is dus geen oven. Comfortabele bedden.
Heerlijk huis in een mooie omgeving, een aanrader!Nature, peace & environment:Het huisje ligt letterlijk aan de rand van het bos, je loopt zo de natuur in. Prachtige, afwisselende omgeving, heerlijk rustig. Volop vogels, ook om het huis. De nachten zijn heel donker hier!
