Nature house in Beerze

This nature house was built in 2022 in my characteristic farmhouse built in 1835. The barn construction, including the old oak trusses, are reflected in the style. The love of nature and animals is also reflected in the atmosphere. The entire accommodation is ground floor and downstairs. There is a private entrance with hall and toilet. The cozy and cozy kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven/microwave and is complete with utensils and textiles. There is a dining room table and a (sleeping) couch. On this you can sit comfortably, but can also serve as the fifth sleeping place. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds. The beds will always be nicely made. The bathroom has a sink and walk-in shower, Towels are provided. The garden is fully enclosed with fencing, so children and pets can play here carefree. Everything is separated from private, so you have complete privacy both in the house, and in the garden. Pets are welcome.

Beerze is a nature reserve of about 400 hectares and is located south of river Vecht. The nature there is very diverse. Besides drifting sand, extensive old juniper thickets and an elongated high ridge dune, you will also find a peat pit complex and dry and wet heathland. Its natural values are so high that Beerze has been designated a protected Natura 2000 area. Due to the great variety, many different plants and animals live there. Also Beerze estate and the cultivated land along the Vecht near the esdorp Beerze with its monumental farms are a real attraction. There are several hiking and cycling routes. It is wonderful to go out with the dog or take a horseback ride. During the summer months it is great to relax on or near the river Vecht. The garden is regional, with elements such as an old beech and thicket hedge as separation. In summer it is an oasis of blooming flowers and native roses. From the yard you can walk straight into nature!
