On a beautiful estate. Originally the building was intended as parking for the cars of Freule Emily Verheijen, the last noble occupant of the estate. The attic of this building has now been transformed into a well-insulated and modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st floor, accessible via an external staircase and is fully equipped. The pantry is equipped with 2 induction hobs, a fridge freezer, an oven/microwave and a Nespresso machine. The crockery, kettle, pans, etc. are carefully matched. There is a dining table and 3 dining chairs. The studio is equipped with a luxurious 2-person box spring of 180x200 cm with Percalle linen. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with rain shower and a large, adjustable shower head. There is a sink and a hairdryer and a separate toilet. All in all, a wonderful place for guests who love history and design.

The estate can be rented as a wedding and party location. It is therefore possible for an event to take place in the courtyard, in the castle, in The House or in the garden during your stay (see also the floor plan with the photos). There are several gardens on the estate, such as a fruit orchard and herb and flower garden. During an overnight stay at the estate you will have a special and unique experience. If no event is taking place, all gardens are free for guests to stay. Within a few minutes' drive are natural parks such as De Loonse and Drunense Duinen and Landgoed Huis ter Heide, where you can enjoy hiking. Also, the Efteling, Golfpark De Loonsche Duynen and the Beekse Bergen can be visited in the very close vicinity. For city entertainment, you can enjoy lively Tilburg or historic 's-Hertogenbosch. Brabant has something for everyone!
