We look forward to welcoming you to the Meije, a lovely spot in the middle of nature. Let yourself completely relax and be pampered during your stay at our bed & breakfast.Our B&B is located in the Green Heart of Holland, near the touristic town of the Meije. The villages of Nieuwkoop and Bodegraven are just around the corner. We have enjoyed living here for many years and have recently transformed our barn into two beautiful residences, each of 48m2. Both accommodations are equipped with every comfort. There is also a communal indoor area, so our B&B is very suitable for booking with friends. The terrace offers a view over the winding river the Meije. Do you have a little boat? Feel free to bring it with you, as the B&B has its own jetty. If you prefer, you can rent one of our kayaks which are perfect for paddling up the Meije. Within 10 minutes you’ll be at the Nieuwkoopse Plassen and can enjoy a typical Dutch landscape.

Outside:Our spacious farmyard offers plenty of free parking for your car, or you can moor your own small boat at our private jetty.Have fun on the water:Rent one of our kayaks and enjoy the surroundings. We have a nice kayak route waiting for you. The Nieuwkoopse Plassen can be reached within 10 minutes by boat via the Meije.Take a bike ride :Park your (electric) bicycle in our closed bicycle shed with charging point. The shed is located next to the outside terrace. Explore various cycling routes in the Green Heart from our B&B. In the area you can discover all kinds of regional products from the farms and charming restaurants.Enjoy a stroll:Near our B&B you can discover the nature reserve around the Nieuwkoopse Plassen. There are plenty of short and long trails in the area. Lusthof de Haeck, an old cultivated nature reserve, also offers a lovely walking route.
