Hello and welcome to our log cabin in Schenkenzell :-) You love nature and are looking for an extraordinary location for your friends or family in the middle of the Black Forest? Our log cabin could be the right location for you! As mentioned in the description of the advertisement, the location offers space for twelve people in the form of bed boxes. Sleeping space can be extended with additional camping beds for four more people. Our log cabin was built from local wood from the Black Forest and is located directly on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Schenkenzell. Over the years, the log cabin has been increasingly modernized and now includes a modern rustic interior and lighting: We are particularly proud of the retro-style living room and kitchen lighting, which underlines the charm of the location.
Nature and surroundings
The location is located on the outskirts of the municipality of Schenkenzell and is surrounded by neighbors, which is why we attach great importance to compliance with the house rules and the legal rest periods. Around the location there are hiking trails with the possibility to hike to a viewpoint to get a unique view over the municipality of Schenkenzell. Note for dog owners: In general, you may book your dog, if necessary, please register it directly at the time of booking or up to 7 days before arrival. Important: The dog may only stay on the floor, you are welcome to bring your own accessories.

Rita October 22, 2023 General rating:Wir wollten gerne einen romantischen und erholsamen Urlaub machen, waren jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Folgende Sachen haben uns nicht gefallen: die Betten waren umgedrehte Holzkisten mit billigen Matratzen ohne Halt, die Matratzen rutschten ab und wir lagen auf der Holzkiste. Rückenschmerzen schon am nächsten Tag. Keine Couch, nur Holzstühle ohne Armlehne. Keine Gardinen etc. sodass uns jede sehen konnte, zumal das Haus direkt an der Straße steht. Der Holzofen lässt sich nicht regulieren. Für fünf Tage bezahlten wir 920,- €, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Restmüll müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.
