Much larger than it looks in the pictures. Bikes cq wood shed with outlets, complete well working kitchen. A TV corner ( streaming to watch TV from your phone or iPad goes best) a fireplace corner, a dining area and a corner with sofa bed for two. Sleeping upstairs remains separate and funny. In short, no downsides.
