Nature house in Geesteren in Twente

Our cozy - 30's - furnished nature house is located in the back of our house and has its own entrance. Warm, own, authentic, home: So cozy in Twente! There are books, board games and a record player with lots of singles and long playing records! It is wonderfully quiet and from the living room you have a view of the beautiful natural garden with its own terrace. Birds, squirrels and sometimes a pheasant at the window! You can use the wood stove on the terrace, or in the cozy log cabin. Nearby is a small neighborhood supermarket where you can get fresh bread in the morning. Also pleasantly close by: a delicious and cozy restaurant: dine among the vineyards! Also for a Twente wine tasting! Our nature house is wheelchair accessible, please inquire about the possibilities! Practical: Electric charging can be done on site via normal socket (for a fee) and via the charging stations in the village. Fastned is at 7 km. Bed & bath and kitchen linen and final cleaning is included.

Our nature house is located in a beautiful place in Twente with versatile nature and landscape. Just outside hamlet De Pollen and right next to nature reserve De Engbertsdijksvenen. With a cup of steaming coffee see the sun rise over the field! Small-scale Twente farming landscape with rolling ash, oak trees and babbling brooks such as the Springendal and the Valley of the Moss Brook. Hills and moors on the National Park De Sallandse Heuvelrug. Rivers and panoramic views in the Vechtdal and the beautiful Reggedal, and the Engbertsdijksvenen. All within cycling and walking distance. Not so well known is the beautiful - and quiet - rolling landscape just across the border in Grafschaft Bentheim. Beautiful height differences of the lateral moraine that extends from Ootmarsum to the Uelsener Berge. There you will find a surprisingly beautiful part of Germany with its own culture and Gutbürgliche sociability! German and Twente hospitality can be found along the way anyway in the various restaurants and cafes.
