Just across the border near Maastricht, in the vast forests of the Belgian Kempen, our cabin is located in a quiet area. Our cabin (self-designed and built in 2016) is a unique, tough yet cozy and cozy wooden chalet, Norwegian style. It has a garden all around, completely fenced in so that your dog can also have a good run around. Several seats ensure that you always have a place in the sun or in the shade. Your bike can stay nice and dry in the playful storage. Very comfortable, equipped with central heating, a spacious living room, a lovely bathroom a fine complete kitchen and two bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom is 140 x 200. The robust bunk bed is 90 x 200. A high chair is also available. The nature house has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave oven, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer and a Senseo coffee machine. There is superfast wifi and a smart TV in the living room. You have a private parking space at the chalet.
Nature and surroundings
An oasis of calm between Lanaken and Maastricht, nice in the middle of the forest and yet also near nice towns like Liege, Hasselt, old Rekem and Valkenburg. Do you like walking and cycling? Then you are definitely at the right place. The walking and cycling maps are ready for you. You can walk for hours, cycling in the forest or using the great cycling nodes. You can leave directly from the backyard, then you are already in the woods. Streams, a huge diversity of flora and fauna, it's all there. You can really just encounter a roe deer on your walk.
