Detached cottage with beautiful view over large deer meadow. The cottage is in our yard, has plenty of privacy and lots of outdoor space. Ground floor: living room with French doors to private terrace, open kitchen, shower room with toilet. 1st floor via spiral staircase where large open space with large double bed (box spring) and a single bed. From the bed beautiful panoramic view. On request a sofa bed can be placed on the ground floor. In that case there are a total of 4 sleeping places.
Nature and surroundings
The Eempolder known for its bird nature reserve is across the road. At various places on our site there are seats to relax and enjoy the deer and the beautiful view. Near Blaricum and a short distance from Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. Polder, heath, forest and water everything is close by. Ideal for exploring the area on foot or by bike.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this lovely nature house in Eemnes.
Anja welcomed us warmly as soon as we pulled into the driveway. After a tour of the cottage, she served us freshly brewed coffee with some treats. The cottage felt just like home. Everything we needed was there. What surprised us most was the wonderful outdoor space we were allowed to use. There were chairs and benches scattered throughout the area. And there were fallow deer that would occasionally come by to say hello—and we were even allowed to feed them.
I was also able to celebrate my birthday there with my children. We were, of course, incredibly lucky with the weather, and I couldn’t have imagined a better place.
The bedroom under the roof is wonderful. It’s wonderfully spacious and has a really comfortable bed where we slept very well. Plus, the foot of the bed faces the window, so you can enjoy the view of the meadows and the deer in the morning.

Al op de oprit werden we gastvrij onthaald door Anja. Na een rondleiding door het huisje kregen we vers gezette koffie met wat lekkers erbij. Het huisje voelde als thuis. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Wat ons het meest verraste was de geweldige buitenruimte die we mochten gebruiken. Op verschillende plekken stonden stoelen en banken. En er waren damhertjes die af en toe gedag kwamen zeggen én die we eten mochten geven.
Ik heb er ook nog met mijn kinderen mijn verjaardag kunnen vieren. We troffen het natuurlijk enorm met het weer, en ik had geen betere plek kunnen bedenken.
De slaapkamer onder het dak is geweldig. Heerlijk ruim en echt een heel goed bed waar we heerlijk op hebben geslapen. En ook nog eens met het voeteneinde naar het raam, zodat je 's morgen van het uitzicht op de weilanden en de hertjes kon genieten.
