Even if it rains, it is lovely to stay early in the morning, outside on the bench under the shed, with your morning coffee, watching the squirrels pass by, your day starts here with wonder. Authentic, cozy, and lovingly decorated with forest elements like gnome stool, owl lamp and deer boxes. Not a standard cottage, this is a place for those who love atmosphere, nature and a touch of whimsy. A cozy living room with wood stove. Glass all around making you feel surrounded by nature inside as well. The French doors give access to a sunny terrace and large, bird-rich garden, a fire bowl, BBQ and a cold outdoor shower for brave types. The characteristic spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor with dark green double bedroom overlooking the green treetops. Simple bathroom with shower and kitchen.

The house stands on the edge of a wooded bungalow park at nature gate Ter Spegelt and located in the Brabant Kempen and in the Land of the Eight Beatitudes: a beautiful burgundian border region with a rich history. On the Cartierheide, Napoleon left his mark and the woods were the terrain of smugglers for centuries. The landscape of the Kempen tells stories, but also offers an oasis of tranquility. Go cycling, mountain biking or hiking through the woods and on heathland. The Kempen nature reserve (2200 hectares) and the Cartier Heath reach far into Belgium. Eersel has historic market square with cozy terraces and eateries and great ice cream parlor.
