Albert and Erna welcome you to their vacation home. The vak.woning is located on one side of an old Twente farm and has its own entrance and private terrace. Through the large terrace doors in the living room you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Twente countryside. You can use the vak.woning with five persons for a week. The vak.woning has: Three bedrooms with bed textile. (bath towels to book € 7.50 p/p p/n) a living room, kitchen, utility room, shower and toilet. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, combi oven / microwave and induction hob. (Kitchen linen to book € 7.50 p / set). TV and internet are free. A private terrace and ample parking at your disposal. You can also use the covered bicycle storage. The vak.woning is attached to the main house and has its own entrance and terrace. Pets are not allowed except on New Year's Eve.
Nature and surroundings
The historic village of Den Ham can be reached within 2 kilometers and the town of Ommen can be reached by bicycle. The nearby forest area offers many hiking and cycling routes. River Linderbeek and the Lower Regge are within walking distance. Between the vacation home and the town of Ommen is the Eerderbos and Eerder Achterbroek, a vast forest area with the beautiful castle of Eerde. The nature spot de Steile Oever is located at the foot of the Besthmenerberg, formed in an outer bend of a meander of the Regge by the erosive action of the river water. At the top of the Besthemenerberg is a viewing tower. When you climb this tower you will see the vistas of the vechtdal. Next to the watchtower you will find the Forest Theater (amphitheater) which is still in use and can accommodate 3000 visitors. By bicycle you can reach the sand drift, which is better known as the Sahara of Ommen.
