Nature house in Bergen op Zoom

The nature house is located on the estate of the same name and opened its doors in July 2022. Surrounded by monumental trees, including one of the oldest silver lime in NL (over 200 years old), you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful view. And who knows, you might be delighted with a visit from a woodpecker, tawny owl or even a roe deer. Bicycle and hiking trails start at the entrance gate of the cottage. The romantic nature house is equipped with every comfort, with bedroom (Emma mattress 160x200), kitchen and bathroom. The covered terrace gives the feeling of real outdoor life with BBQ and fire basket. And how about relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub? Or just de-stressing in the hammock? Bed, bath and kitchen linen are included in the price. You can book the hot tub separately. A large basket of wood is included for heating the hot tub. Extra wood can be purchased locally for €7.50 per basket. There is a 2 burner electric stove.

Located on the Brabant Wall, the estate forms with the estates Zoomland, Lievensberg and Mattemburgh a chain of nature reserves around Bergen op Zoom. From the nature house you walk or cycle directly through the beautiful nature reserve with meadows, heaths and woods. And within 15 minutes cycling you are on the Burgundian Grand Market of Bergen op Zoom. The history of this Markiezenstad is reflected in the 800 historical monuments that the city is rich. Besides the many cozy restaurants in the historic center of Bergen op Zoom, there are also several tasteful restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Located close to the highways, Breda and Antwerp can be reached within half an hour. But also the beautiful Zeeland beaches such as Zoutelande, Dishoek and Domburg are only three quarters of an hour away by car. In short, something for everyone.
