This is a fine and spacious cottage in a converted barn and stands privately in a large garden with trees and lawns. The cottage has a spacious living room, with cozy sofas, a dining table and a wood stove. In the kitchen you will find everything to cook for yourself such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. . In a cozy niche is the double bed of 160 by 200, in the room there is a sofa bed of 140 by 180. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout, the floor is natural stone. The terrace overlooks the large garden and is southwest facing. This nature house is located on the grounds of a monumental farm in a large, quiet garden of over one hectare. The garden is like an island in the surrounding countryside, there are several species of birds to discover, hares and deer sometimes visit the grounds as well. There are several rural cycling and walking routes along the dike that runs alongside the farm. The beautiful and cozy town of Willemstad or the historic fort Sabina located on the Volkerak are nice trips nearby. Also nature island Tiengemeten and the nature reserve Dintelse Gorzen are within cycling distance. In the vicinity are also several ferries which makes it possible to make beautiful cycling and walking routes interspersed with nice boat trips. .

Friendly hostess, TV was broken. Within a day there was a new one.Lots of animals who stop by.

We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in het huisje, ondanks de hoge buitentemperatuur bleef het binnen heerlijk koel. Door de goede ligging en isolatie hebben we totaal geen last gehad van de drukke weg die dichtbij ligt.
Nature, peace & environment:Het is een zeer rustige eigen groene plek waarbij we af en toe gezelschap kregen van de kippen, pauwen, eenden of de hond.
