Nature house in Schoonloo

Furniture is neat.Cozy decor. Everything sufficient. You can sit outside covered which is handy when it rains, We could sit outside delicious because of this.The bbq was completely rotten inside. Thick layer of ash was still in it with a puddle of water. This was not to use. We had meat with us to go bbqing. Fortunately, the friendly man at the reception was able to solve the problem for us by lending us his own bbq. Sent mail to the owner of the cottage. In reply we received that a new bbq would be provided Which we have not seen. Hopefully it was brought there for the guests coming after us.Atmosphere lighting around house we did not get on.Swimming pool was not heated and quite cold. Jaccuzi was not on on arrival and was only the next day at temp. Tip: As a warm welcome it is nice if you can so in. Sliding door of bathroom cannot be locked. Meubels zijn netjes.Gezellige inrichting. Alles voldoende. Je kunt overdekt buiten zitten wat handig is als het regent, Wij konden heerlijk buiten zitten hierdoor.
De bbq was helemaal verrot van binnen. Dikke laag as lag er nog in met een plas water. Deze was niet meer te gebruiken. Wij hadden vlees mee om te gaan bbq-en. De vriendelijke man bij de receptie heeft het probleem gelukkig voor ons kunnen oplossen door zijn eigen bbq aan ons te lenen. Mail gestuurd naar de eigenaar van het huisje. Als antwoord kregen we dat er voor een nieuwe bbq zou worden gezorgd Die hebben we niet gezien. Hopelijk is deze er wel gebracht voor de gasten die na ons komen.Sfeer verlichting rondom huis kregen wij niet aan.Zwembad was niet verwarmd en behoorlijk koud. Jaccuzi stond niet aan bij aankomst en was pas de volgende dag op temp. Tip: Als warm welkom is het fijn als je er zo in kunt. Schuifeur van badkamer kan niet op slot. Vlisotrap naar zolder kan vervelend zijn en staat niet in de beschrijving

Environment was quiet. There are construction materials in front of the house though. I don't know when construction will start. This may cause some inconvenience. For now it was very quiet.

Omgeving was rustig. Er liggen wel bouwmaterialen voor het huis. Ik weet niet wanneer er gestart wordt met de bouw. Dit kan enige overlast veroorzaken. Voor nu was het erg rustig.

There were some defects in the house - stopper of the bath / sink did not work - sauna dirty - too little salt tablets for 1 week for jacuzzi Tip: tarpaulin to keep the heat of the pool as much as possible or heat, it was a little too cold during our hot week

Er waren wel enkele mankementen aan het huisje
- stop van het bad/gootsteen werkte niet
- sauna vuil
- teweinig zouttabletten voor 1 week voor jacuzzi

Tip : afdelzeil om warmte van het zwembad zoveel mogelijk te behouden of verwarmen, deze was iets te koud tijdens onze warme week

Super. De stilte was super, alsook de ruimte en natuur

A small six for the general condition of the house. And that set against the then rather hefty price for a long weekend.

Een kleine zes voor de algemene staat waarin het huis zich bevond. En dat afgezet tegen de dan toch wel stevige prijs voor een lang weekend.

A very nice and spacious cottage with several facilities. We enjoyed it. What did disappoint us was the overall condition of the cottage. The front door was jammed. The garden was fenced but the dog had found an exit in no time. According to the neighbors, this happened more often. The refrigerator in the pantry leaked. After we turned it on, within half an hour there was a big puddle of water on the floor. So we turned it off again. Furthermore, the bathroom was dated. Everything functioned but was not nice. It is advertised with 4 bedrooms with 2 beds. Unfortunately, we only found out on the day of our arrival that one room could only be accessed via a retractable staircase.

Een heel leuk en ruim huisje met diverse faciliteiten. Wij hebben daarvan genoten. Wat ons wel tegenviel was de algehele staat van het huisje. De voordeur klemde. De tuin was wel omheind maar de hond had binnen no time een uitgang gevonden. Volgens de buren kwam dat vaker voor. De koelkast in de bijkeuken lekte. Nadat wij hem hadden aangezet lag er binnen een half uur een flinke plas water op de vloer. Dus deze maar weer uitgezet. Verder was de badkamer gedateerd. Alles functioneerde wel maar was niet fraai. Er wordt geadverteerd met 4 slaapkamers met 2 bedden. Helaas kwamen wij op de dag van aankomst er pas achter dat één kamer alleen met een uitschuifbare trap was te betreden.
