Our cozy cottage is a detached recreation house on a beautiful and enclosed plot of 677 m2. The cottage is practically furnished inside and equipped with underfloor heating. This house is entirely on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom has a bed of 120 cm (queen size bed). There is also a toilet and a shower with sink. The living room has a neat kitchen with a natural stone countertop, 4-burner induction hob, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hood. From the living room you reach the terrace located on the sunny south. Around the house is a spacious garden with a tree line, offering you a lot of privacy. You can hear the birds singing in abundance when you are relaxing on the terrace. Next to the house is a spacious driveway for parking two cars.
