We are Frank and Esther and live with our family on a 9,500 m² estate in Kluisbergen, in the middle of the Flemish Ardennes. Our ecologically converted farmhouse houses three cozy vacation homes with underfloor heating and fully equipped kitchens. Summerhouse welcomes five guests. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one for two and one for three, with double or single beds of your choice. A crib can be added. The bathroom has shower and toilet. Downstairs you will find an open kitchen and a cozy sitting area; through the large sliding window you step onto a spacious terrace overlooking flower meadow and orchard. There is fast wifi, but deliberately no TV.Outside there is space to play and relax: trampoline, swings, hammocks, mud kitchen, slackline, forest to build huts and a fire bowl for long evenings around the fire.✨ Do you stay a week or longer? Then your price gets extra cheap.Here you slow down, recharge and make memories.
Nature and surroundings
Do you love nature and outdoor activities? Then our farm in Kluisbergen, in the middle of the Flemish Ardennes, is for you. We live at the end of a quiet road, surrounded by silence, a flower meadow, orchard, wooded garden and a cozy courtyard. You can relax here, while children play freely in the greenery. Sports enthusiasts will find nearby the iconic Koppenberg, Taaienberg and Paterberg - legendary challenges for cyclists - as well as plenty of quiet cycling and hiking routes winding through rolling hills and idyllic views. Explore nearby Kluisbos and Muziekbos, or explore cultural cities such as Ghent, Kortrijk, Bruges, Tournai and Lille, all within a 40-minute drive. These cities offer a rich historical heritage, museums, atmospheric restaurants and cozy cafes. Our farm is the perfect base to discover the Flemish Ardennes and then unwind in the greenery.
