Deer are regularly spotted nearby and at dusk listen for the tawny owls. There is also a badger sett nearby. The nature reserve borders National Park Dwingelderveld where you can cycle and walk for hours through woods and heathland. There are nice villages like Dwingeloo, Westerbork & Diever where you can stroll through and get a delicious cup of coffee or delicious dish.This beautiful vacation home is on the back of a small park in a cul-de-sac against the Terhosterzand nature reserve with 11 other cottages.
