Welcome to this wonderful green place! Our two B&B rooms are located above a coffee house surrounded by a beautiful outdoor courtyard, on historic Fort Jutphaas. With us you can look forward to super quiet sleep, a complete and freshly prepared breakfast in the coffeehouse (or in the garden) and the possibility of lunch on the go. We're open Wednesday through Sunday for breakfast, lunch, cake and drinks, and so as a lodger you'll automatically wake up in the morning to the smell of fresh coffee. There are no cooking facilities in B&B, but there are towels, your own coffee & tea and a mini bar. We even have a fire pit, for a cozy evening under the stars! The listed price is for a booking based on 2 persons: additional guests pay 30,- per night, including breakfast. Children up to 2 years old sleep free of charge in our B&B! We serve breakfast between 9:00 and 10:30, but on request we can be flexible about this. This also applies to our check-in and check-out times.

If you have specific questions or requests, we are happy to help: we will be happy to tell you about the history of the place, the beautiful surroundings and what there is to do/food/discover in the region. After all, on and around the Fort Island it is wonderful to relax among the apple and pear trees, the owls and bats, and amidst the countless special birds! You can walk or run around the water or enjoy the historical monuments on the Fort. If you don't come by bike, we have two bikes for guests to borrow.Our former fort watchman's house shares the island with a small apiary, scouting and an upscale restaurant, and is ideally located for hikers, cyclists or even when traveling by boat! Because of our Unesco status, we are connected to all kinds of cycling and walking routes, including the Hollandse Waterlinieroute (the #3 route of the Netherlands).
