Here, at the edge of the picturesque village and surrounded by water, greenery and peace, you will experience a special overnight stay on the water - ideal for nature lovers, peace seekers and water sports enthusiasts. The immediate surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling or simply enjoying the view. In the morning you will be woken up by singing birds and perhaps a curious heron or swan on deck. Within walking distance begins the nature reserve Dintelse Gorzen, a rugged tidal area on the Volkerak where you can do fantastic hiking and bird watching. Think egrets, avocets, spoonbills and with some luck even a bald eagle. National Park De Biesbosch is also about a 40-minute drive away - highly recommended for a day trip.
