Surrounded by nature & greenery, this will be an unforgettable outdoor adventure. There is a private place by the ditch near the caravans. Here you will find a private hammock, trampoline and a herb picking bin. The children go frog or butterfly hunting with the landing nets, in the evening you roast marshmallows over a fire & in the morning you listen together to concerts of meadow birds or a retro album.Near the caravans is a private bathhouse with a shower bath and a bio-dry toilet. The farmyard is in the middle of a quiet area of the Krimpenerwaard. Here are many meadow birds to be found, the owl, woodpecker and cuckoo in our yard give the most beautiful concerts. The yard is surrounded by ditches and is an island. Chickens and mooing ducks scratch around the yard. The farm is an old cheese farm and now in use as a residential farm. The farm is surrounded by cycling, hiking and canoeing routes. In the vicinity are many regional and organic markets in the spring and summer months. The cities of Schoonhoven and Gouda are both 10 kilometers away and offer ample opportunities for museum visits, dining and shopping. The Reeuwijk lakes, the Lek River and the IJssel River are also nearby. In the village is an outdoor swimming pool the Polderbad. And in Haastrecht you will find a natural swimming pool. The surrounding villages offer interesting visiting opportunities like recycling, mix vegetable garden, nature workshops and opposite our yard is a goat farm with store & goat ice cream.
