Surrounded by nature, with a beautiful rolling landscape. A well-equipped garden with a hot tub and a covered dining area.

Midden in de natuur, mooi glooiend landschap. Prima uitgeruste tuin met hottub en overdekte eetruimte.

It was great how well-equipped the kitchen was. Unfortunately, there was little to no space here to store your own belongings. The worst part was in one of the bedrooms: the skylight curtain was hanging there, looking old, dirty, and worn out, making it impossible to properly block out the light. This is absolutely unacceptable. You’re paying a lot of money for those few days, after all. Very neat bathroom. It could use a more thorough cleaning, though. There were still hairs in the drain, and the shower wall was still pretty dirty, especially on the sink side. Great linens package for the bed, including two towels and kitchen linens. Tip: a bath mat.
And an extra tip: a cleaning brush for the BBQ grill. Quick response to any questions from the host. Maybe provide instructions in advance on how and where to use the washing machine, or put together an information folder with all kinds of details, like you see at many accommodations. Other than that, we had a wonderful week.

Positief hoe uitgebreid de keuken ingericht was. Helaas weinig of geen ruimte hier om je eigen spullen in op te bergen. Het ergste was op 1 slaapkamer dat het gordijn van het dakraam als oud vuil en versleten er aan ging, waardoor goed verduisteren niet mogelijk was. Dit is iets wat echt niet kan. Je legt toch een hoop geld neer voor die paar dagen. Hele nette badkamer. Deze mag wel iets grondiger schoongemaakt worden. Haren nog in het putje en een toch nog wel smerige douchewand vooral aan de wastafel kant. Prima linnenpakket voor je bed met 2 handdoeken en keuken linnen. Tip: een badmat.
En extra tip: schoonmaak borstel voor BBQ rooster. Snelle reactie op evt vragen van de host. Misschien van tevoren uitleg geven over hoe en waar van de wasmachine of een informatiemap maken met allerlei info zoals je bij veel accomodaties hebt. Verder heerlijke week gehad.

It’s a shame that these issues only came up in the review, since we were easily reachable during your stay and accommodated various extra requests, including extra towels, regular changes of kitchen linens, and laundry detergent. The cottage is professionally cleaned on the day of arrival. We’re glad you otherwise had a wonderful week!

Jammer dat deze punten pas in de review naar voren komen, terwijl we tijdens jullie verblijf goed bereikbaar waren en aan diverse extra wensen hebben voldaan, waaronder extra handdoeken, regelmatig schoon keukenlinnen en wasmiddel. Het huisje wordt op de dag van aankomst professioneel schoongemaakt. Fijn dat jullie verder een heerlijke week hebben gehad!
