Nature house in Drimmelen

Near National Park the Biesbosch, in the polders between the villages of Made, Drimmelen and Hooge Zwaluwe, you will find the cul-de-sac. Adjacent to the house is the separately accessible double guesthouse. This nature house is on the ground floor and has its own bathroom, kitchen/living room and 1 bedroom. There is a private garden, surrounded by beech hedges and equipped with garden chairs and a garden table. The bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. Internet (free) and a TV are provided. Children can play to their heart's content in the present campsite with sandpit and playground equipment.

Walking route De Drie Polders runs through Oud Drimmelen. You can also walk this route as a coached route. This route also runs through the nature reserve De Worp. Very suitable for birdwatchers. There is a bicycle path from Oud Drimmelen to Drimmelen. From Drimmelen you can explore the Biesbosch. This can be done by renting a boat or canoe yourself or by joining a tour boat or booking a tour at the VVV in Drimmelen with a whisper boat. The area lends itself well to making beautiful cycling and walking tours. The Efteling and Beekse Bergen are not far from Drimmelen. Nearby are the cities of Breda, Oosterhout and fortified towns of Geertruidenberg and Willemstad. Near Den Hout is a forest with a sandy plain where you can enjoy a nice walk. Around this are several catering establishments where you can make use of after a walk. Made is an urbanized village with many amenities such as supermarkets.
