In the outskirts of Breda, on the edge of the church village of Effen, lies the farmhouse of Ria and Frans. In the detached cart shed in their yard they have a cozy vacation home suitable for six people. The house has a floor area of approximately 120 m2 and features on the ground floor an entrance hall, spacious kitchen, bathroom, toilet and double bedroom.
