The sea and Mokbaai—a unique nature reserve for birdwatchers—are within walking distance. In the evening, you’ll have a great chance to watch the sunset from our very own dune.

From the cottage, you can walk right into the stunning natural surroundings of Mokbaai. Every morning, we started our day there with a run. There are also surprisingly diverse nature areas elsewhere on Texel.
