Nature house in Wijlre

Very well taken care of. Despite being on a miniglamping you really have a lot of privacy and the idea that you are alone, somewhere in the middle of no where.

Op en top verzorgd. Ondanks dat je op een miniglamping staat heb je echt veel privacy en het idee dat je alleen bent, ergens in the middle of no where.

Wonderfully quiet, even though the cottage is located on a mini-glamping site. There are several hiking trails in the area, some of which run directly from the glamping site. For cyclists, the location is also absolutely great. At the top of the Keutenberg, the Doodeman and the Gulpenerberg.

Heerlijk rustig, ook al is het huisje gelegen op een miniglamping.
Er lopen verschillende wandelroutes in de omgeving, waarvan een aantal direct vanaf de glamping.
Voor fietsers is de ligging ook helemaal top. Boven aan de Keutenberg, de Doodeman en de Gulpenerberg.

Very expensive cottage when you consider that you share the bathroom with other people. Then expected to be swept and bedding taken off. The hot tub was top notch! But the price didn't quite fit the bill for us.

Erg duur huisje als je bekijkt dat je het sanitair deelt met andere mensen. Vervolgens wordt er verwacht dat er geveegd wordt en dat het beddengoed af wordt gehaald. De hottub was top! Maar de prijs past niet helemaal bij het plaatje voor ons.

The cottage is in a nice location, very quiet.

Het huisje ligt op een mooie locatie, erg rustig.

Too bad that for the amount you pay you still have to do your own dishes, clean the bed and sweep the tent. In my opinion, this should be included in the price, or put it in the description so that you can choose for yourself (just like the accommodation has no plumbing, which is fortunately in the description) whether you want this house or not. Super suitable for cycling Mountain biking Hiking Rest (fishing canoeing etc) n/a, we have not done so I do not know

Jammer dat je voor het bedrag dat je betaalt alsnog je eigen afwas moet doen, het bed af moet halen en de tent moet vegen. Mijns inziens hoort dit bij de prijs inbegrepen te zitten, of zet het bij de omschrijving even erbij zodat men self kan kiezen (net als dat de accommodatie geen sanitair heeft, dat staat gelukkig wel in de omschrijving) of je dit huisje dan wel wil.

The cottage was quite close to a small campsite so you were not very free in nature. The description says the first people and houses at 1200 meters. At the front of the tent this is true and you look into the distance, but behind you there is a tent about 50 meters away from the accommodation. What was very unfortunate was that on the day itself we were told that there would be a party that afternoon/evening from 14:00-18:00h. Would have liked to have known at the time of booking, at least we would have had the choice whether we would find that ok. Now there was until 22.00h and not until 18.00 unfortunately, noise of partying people and very loud music, anything but quiet so, we have not heard a bird. The house is very nice and the view is great, but bathing in peace and quiet as stated in the description was unfortunately not for us.

Het huisje lag vrij dicht bij een kleine camping waardoor je niet heel vrij in de natuur was. In de beschrijving staat de eerste mensen en huizen op 1200 meter. Aan de voorkant van de tent is dat waar en kijk je de verte in, maar achter je staat er een tent op zon 50 meter van de accommodatie vandaan. Dus als daar mensen in zitten hoor je die goed.
Wat erg jammer was, was dat ons op de dag zelf werd verteld dat er die middag/avond een feestje zou zijn van 14.00-18.00u. Hadden we graag ten tijden van boeken geweten, hadden we in ieder geval de keuze gehad of we dat ok zouden vinden. Nu was er tot 22.00u en niet tot 18.00 helaas
, herrie van feestende mensen en erg harde muziek, alles behalve rustig dus, we hebben geen vogeltje gehoord. Echt ontzettend jammer als je voor je rust komt en dan zoiets krijgt.
Het huisje is erg leuk en het uitzicht is geweldig, maar baden in rust en ruimte zoals in de omschrijving staat, was er voor ons helaas niet bij.
