We are proud to present our new studio. This luxurious 2p apartment - with a baby if necessary - is located right on the Haelense Beek, one of Leudal's streams. The garden doors overlook the stream valley with flower meadow and the countryside. You have your own entrance, your own private terrace (with fire basket and BBQ), as well as your own parking space. The room is situated at the back of our farmhouse - in the family since 1904 - in part of the former calf stable. The bright studio is equipped with every luxury: a 100% circular kitchen with energy-efficient appliances (an oven, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor), underfloor heating, mosquito nets, free wifi, bluetooth radio, smart TV, spacious bathroom, a box spring that can be seamlessly coupled as a double bed, but can also be placed apart. Baby crib can be added. You may harvest fruits and vegetables from our (vegetable) garden (in season) and swim in our swimming pond. Bicycles are available. Book till Sunday? Then you are free to leave whenever it suits you!

It's a (water) sports, cycling and hiking mecca here. Literally on the other side of the creek you can pick up hiking-node route, towards the forest and heath of Exaten and the Beegderheide. Nature reserve Leudal is nearby. As the crow flies it is only a few kilometers to the Maasplassen area. The cycling route also runs along the Beekkamer. In terms of food and drink in the area we have plenty of tips. Three Michelin-starred restaurants are nearby, but there are plenty of friendly pubs and eateries. Belgium and Germany are a fifteen-minute drive away. The white historic town of Thorn is nearby. Grathem is a good base for Limburg cities such as Roermond, Weert, Venlo and Maastricht. In Belgium, Maaseik, Maasmechelen, Liege, Genk, Hasselt and even Brussels and Antwerp are easily accessible. Düsseldorf, Mönchen-Gladbach, Cologne and Bonn are within convenient distance by car. Culture and nature lovers are in for a treat.
