Spend the night on a private island near Amsterdam and wake up in the middle of nature. Our unique lotus tent combines the outdoors with the comforts of luxury glamping. A special place to slow down, recharge and get away for a while. There is a double bed, fridge and outdoor kitchen. You share the island with two other accommodations, but you have your own place and private toilet. With pedal boat you sail to the other side or through the nature reserve. Restaurants, supermarket within pedal boat distance. The tent is furnished with a comfortable double bed and has a refrigerator and all the basic facilities that make your stay carefree. Outside you will find the heart of the island: a cozy outdoor kitchen and BBQ that you share with the other guests of the houseboat and the wooden cottage. Sanitary facilities are well arranged: you have a private toilet exclusively for you and a shower that may be shared with guests of the boat. Bedding you can rent from us, or bring your own.
Nature and surroundings
With your stay you get a pedal boat. With it you can sail to the other side or take a trip through the surrounding nature reserve. Fancy a bite to eat or some shopping? That too is surprisingly close - just a pedal boat ride away. Sleeping on an island ... but just that bit different. It was a very nice experience. Really enjoyed the surroundings and the nice uninhabited island including the Lotus tent! Air traffic was present, we were not disturbed by it. In the evening it was nice and quiet. The bed in the tent was very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and enthusiastic. Definitely recommend spending the night here.
